Quick-Start Guide: The Fastest and Easiest Way to Get Started
Congratulations on your new MetricPulse account! It is our sincere hope that our software will help you more easily collect and organize the Internet marketing metrics that matter most to you. To get started quickly, here are a few recommended steps:
- For starters, collect a few items that you will need. They
include:
- Your login credentials for Google Analytics (usually a gmail address and password)
- Your Twitter username
- Your login credentials for Facebook Pages (the email address and password of a Facebook page administrator)
- The Web site addresses and/or Twitter usernames of some of your competitors

Once logged into the system, click on the Dashboards tab in the main navigation menu at the top of the screen

From the Dashboards menu, click on the 'Add Dashboard' icon to create a new dashboard.

From the 'Add Dashboard' screen, simply enter in the required credentials. You will notice that once you enter both your Google Analytics User Id, your Google Analytics Password, and press 'Tab,' a drop-down list should appear. This list may take some time to populate as it is pulling data from Google Analytics. Please select the site you would like to access, complete the rest of the fields, and click 'Add Dashboard'

You will notice that an icon for this new dashboard will not appear on the 'Dashboards' screen. Once you see it, click the 'edit' option in the lower left-hand corner of your newly-created dashboard icon.

You will now see various options within the Settings menu that you can customize. Each section of the Settings menu will allow you to edit/customize various options to your liking. Each screen should guide you through the process of tailoring the dashboard to your needs.

To view the dashboard itself, simply click on the main area of the appropriate dashboard icon (you will notice a magnifying glass will appear).
